The Echelon Day Care Parent Portal is provided to enrolled families, authorized guardians, and Echelon Day Care staff. Accounts are created by program administrators; please do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
You agree to use the portal only for purposes related to the care of your enrolled child(ren) and communication with the program. You agree not to attempt to access another family's data, scrape the service, upload malware, or interfere with the system's operation.
This portal is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep it secure and reliable, the service is offered without warranty of any kind. It is a supplement to, not a replacement for, in-person communication with our educators about urgent matters.
Content you submit (messages, photos, records about your child) remains yours. You grant Echelon Day Care a limited licence to store and display that content solely to operate the portal and meet regulatory record-keeping obligations.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abusive behaviour, or when a family is no longer enrolled. You may request deactivation of your account at any time by emailing echelondaycare@hotmail.com.
Use of the portal is also governed by our Privacy Notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and require renewed acknowledgement.
